What should you include in your request?
A few details help us give you a useful answer before we even visit. When you fill out the form or send an email, tell us:
- What the job is. A driveway, patio, steps, walkway, or something else.
- Rough size. Paces or a guess in feet are fine.
- What's there now. Old concrete, asphalt, pavers, or lawn.
- What's wrong with it. Cracking, sinking, crumbling, water pooling.
- Your ZIP code and street, so we can plan the visit.
Photos help a lot. If you email us, attach two or three pictures: one wide shot and a couple of close-ups of the worst spots.
What happens after you contact us?
After you reach out, we'll call you back the same business day to ask a couple of questions and set a time to visit. At the visit, we look at the concrete, check the ground and drainage, take measurements and talk through options with you. If you're curious about decorative finishes, ask to see our pattern and color samples. We send a written estimate after the visit. There's no charge for the estimate and no pressure to book.
How soon can we start?
How soon we can start depends on the season. Spring and early summer book up fastest, so calling in late winter gets you an earlier spot. Fall is a good time for driveway and step work before the ground freezes. Small jobs like a single set of steps can often fit in sooner than a full driveway. We'll give you a realistic start date with your estimate.
Which parts of the city do we work in?
We work on homes in every neighborhood of the city. That includes Riverside and the streets around Crescent Park, Rumford and the older homes near Hunt's Mills, Phillipsdale, Kent Heights, Watchemoket and Six Corners. If you're not sure whether your street is in our area, put your ZIP code in the form and we'll let you know right away.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates for concrete work are always free. We come to the house, look at the job in person and send the price in writing afterward. You're under no obligation to book, and we won't hound you with follow-up calls.
